La Talaia del Castell
La Talaia del Castell is the restaurant of the Castell de Xàtiva. A new gastronomic space that offers, both to travellers and to the neighbours of the region, a market cuisine with a menu that is renewed every week and a menu with seasonal dishes.
In addition, La Talaia del Castell offers lunches and tapas so that you can enjoy a «little stop» in one of the most beautiful places in our city, El Castell de Xàtiva.

- Green sprout salad with roasted pumpkin, pomegranate, goat’s cheese and a honey and mustard vinaigrette. (Allergens: Nuts, soya)
MAIN COURSE:

- Summer baked rice from Xàtiva. (Allergens: Sulphites, egg).
- Rice with entrecôte, Padrón peppers and pumpkin.
(Only by order. Minimum 2 persons)
- Entrecotte of 250gr of matured beef and garnish.
- Sea bream or sea bass (seasonal) steamed and garnish.
DESSERT:
Xàtiva's dessert: Moixàvena and pumpkin Arnadí.(Allergens: Gluten, egg).
Or home-made desserts.
